We made an appointment to meet with her about a week later and visit some houses to consider purchasing. We had looked at the Zillow site and gave her a starting point list. she used that list and conversation to get an understanding of what we were looking for and when we arrived she had a list including some we had not seen on the site. We spent a couple of days looking at houses in Fort Meyers, Cape Coral and Sanibel Island and narrowed the list down to about three. One had an offer accepted the day we wanted to go for a second look but our favorite Lisa helped us negotiate a deal that was good for us and the seller. Since then she has handled things in Florida for us very well while we were in Wyoming selling our house. She even did the final walk through for us. Lisa is very, very knowledgeable and helped us through a difficult process made even more difficult by considerable distance. We do not plan to move again but if we ever think of purchasing other real estate in or near Cape Coral, Lisa is the agent we will go to.
