About Lisa Gottesman

I began my real estate career during the infamous 2006 market collapse, just as the U.S. housing bubble burst into full-blown crisis. Home values plummeted, and countless homeowners found themselves underwater—struggling to make payments and facing overwhelming financial distress. It was a time of deep uncertainty, but also a defining chapter in my life. That experience shaped my resilience, sharpened my skills, and ignited a passion for helping clients navigate even the most challenging market conditions.

 

 

As a brand-new agent in a collapsing market, I had no choice but to learn fast and work smart. I had to be resilient, resourceful, and adaptable. There was no roadmap—just the drive to succeed and a deep commitment to serve. Those early years taught me that success doesn’t come from ideal conditions—it’s built through preparation, strategy, and unwavering grit.
